"I had an amazing buying experience at BMW of Minnetonka. They have an amazing facility with some really qualified people. I was working with Andre Prasad. A young man with an infectious smile. :) I was interested in a couple of cars they had. Andre was patient, professional and courteous. He always listened and never put pressure. He was well aware of the various features. I kept changing my requirements and asked tons of questions. Whenever the questions fell outside his area of expertise, he would always get back to me within a few hours . And it has not changed even after purchasing the car which in my books is the most important. I believe he and Dan did try their best to get me a great deal on my car. I was also working with 3 other dealerships out of state (NY, WI, NJ) for the same purchase and BMW of Minnetonka was able to offer me the price I was looking for."
