We purchased an X3 in April and we get more pleased with it as time goes on! Our salesmen, Craig told me this would happen and in my mind I thought, "that's a great salesmen line!" It's true though. Not only do I like my vehicle more, I like the dealership more. We've had to get it serviced a couple of times and the level of professionalism is beyond. Even though I have a BMW, it's a less expensive one, but they never make me feel that way. They know our name instantly, even if you're just coming in for a car wash! They went above and beyond with financing, servicing the vehicle, and answering any questions we may have. In this day, good customer service is hard to find. Exceptional customer service is obsolete. They are beyond exceptional and for that we will never go anywhere else.-Kiki
