The ActiveHybrid5 is BMW's first hybrid model to start with our award-winning, 300-hp TwinPower Turbo inline-6-cylinder engine, then adds a high-voltage 55 hp electric motor integrated into the 8-speed STEPTRONIC transmission. 
The combination provides 335 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque while reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions compared to the standard 535i. Combined with a standard 8-speed automatic transmission, the ActiveHybrid5 is capable of an estimated 0-60 mph time of 5.7 seconds. Now THAT's fast!
